1. Who we are

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by RecruitReach ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. The product

We sell digital downloadable training programs (PDF). Access is delivered electronically immediately after a successful purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You may not (a) use the product unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or spam, (c) infringe intellectual property rights, (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), or (e) resell, redistribute, or share the product publicly. The product is licensed to you for personal use only.

4. Intellectual property

All content, materials, branding, and the program itself remain the property of RecruitReach. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for personal training purposes.

5. No medical advice / service level

The training program is for general fitness and educational purposes only and is not medical or professional health advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program. We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted, error-free delivery of the product.

6. Payment & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please also see Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

9. Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance.
